Frequently asked questions
What types of pets do you photograph and film?
We welcome all pets — Dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and more! If your pet is part of your family, they’re welcome in front of our camera.
Do you do birthday shoots or special occasion shoots?
Yes! Birthday shoots, adoption anniversaries, festive shoots, and “gotcha day” shoots are some of our favorites.
What if my pet is scared of cameras or strangers?
We understand completely. We take time to bond with your pet first, and we shoot in a calm, friendly way. Comfort comes first, always.
Can pet parents be included in the photos or videos?
Absolutely! We love capturing the bond between pets and their humans. These moments often become the most cherished memories.
How long does a pet photoshoot or video session take?
Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes, depending on your package and your pet’s mood. We allow plenty of time for breaks and cuddles.
What if my pet doesn’t cooperate during the shoot?
No worries at all! Pets being themselves is completely normal. We work with patience and fun prompts, and we never force poses. We capture natural moments at your pet’s comfort level.
What should we prepare before the photoshoot?
Make sure your pet is well-rested and lightly groomed so they feel comfortable and camera-ready. Keep their favorite treats, toys, water, and any accessories or outfits you’d love them to wear.
Where does the photoshoot take place?
You can choose what suits your pet best — your home, a favorite park, or our studio setup. We always prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety.
Is the shoot safe for senior pets or pets with medical issues?
Absolutely. We plan the shoot gently, with breaks and comfort. We adjust the pace completely according to your pet’s health and energy.
Do you travel to different locations for shoots?
Yes, we do! We’re happy to travel to your preferred location — whether it’s your home, a favorite park, or a special spot that means something to you and your pet. Travel within the city is usually included, while locations outside city limits may have a small additional travel fee.
